Just Do It
If your goals are different than what Mother Nature intended, you have to do more than just want in order to see change

To want is one thing; to do is another. "I wish I could stick to it"; "If I just had more time"; "I can't eat that much"; or "I get so hungry I can't keep myself away from the candy bar!".
As yourself: Why did you choose to focus on getting in the best shape of your life? I assume it's because you feel unhappy with yourself, and you find life too short to hide in oversized clothes or turn off the lights every time you're naked! Is that a quality life to lead? No!
Nobody has uber-mensch mind power by nature. We are all supposed to do what we're wired to do: eat, get fatter, rest and sleep. Oh, and reproduce of course. Now, if your goals are different than what Mother Nature intended, you need to wake up and smell the coffee. Nobody is forcing you to do this. Nobody cares if you have a six pack of abs or fit into your skinny jeans. The world is not stopping and sighing every time you choose to suck back that cookie because you had a bad day. Stop being a victim of your actions.
"I can't follow Fighter Diet because I need grains to feel full". Hmmm ... do you see something wrong with this sentence, especially if you happen to be a lot more out of shape than you want to be? Yeah, of course you feel way too full -- and that's the problem exactly. Farmers fatten up their cattle with grains, not greens. So, in essence, you are doing the same.
"I need that chocolate bar at night to feel good". Look at that ... you need candy to soothe your distress? If that's the case, then you've got way bigger issues than you think! Are you going to bury every worry in sugar and fat? Let me tell you something: It's not going to go away. And you cannot hide from the inevitable weight gain either; it will just get bigger and harder to get rid of.
I don't have a problem with those who do not wish to do the Fighter Diet. You see, what I have a problem with is you saying you can't do any diet (for all kinds of invalid reasons) when you actually want to. Sure, you want to look like a million dollars, but you don't want to work for it. You want the cookie and you want to eat it too. Don't we all?! That childish attitude has got to go. You can never have it all.
Do veggies give you a bit gas? Oh well, I guess chocolate bars and french fries don't. But do you think those foods will make you look better and lose that 20 lbs. you've been complaining about?
You can't follow a diet because you have a vacation coming up? They don't have vegetables where you're going? Come on, pick up the phone and A-R-R-A-N-G-E! Unless the resort you are going to is located on the moon, you will be able to plan and fix it.
No gym? Many bodies have been built with no weights but a lot of imagination. You have a heavy body, so use it! Body weight exercises can get you far, especially the more weight you have.
A well-known bodybuilder once said, "Ain't no body wanna lift no heavy @ss weights". It's true. You think anyone wants to lift out of their comfort zone? Exactly! But it's necessary if you want to build a great physique! Yes! -- even when you want to be "toned, tight and tiny!" Toned, tight and tiny is the result of hard, heavy intense workouts.
Everyone struggles with horrible cravings for the wrong foods now and then. We all make the choice to either to be the loser in each craving battle and eat foods that are bad for us, or we resist and grow stronger. Now, that doesn't mean that you're a bad person because you can't say no, but don't ever say that you can't resist that craving and win. Have you applied all the coping mechanisms you've been told throughout your life? Have you really tried to do what you've been advised? ... to call a friend, go for a walk, or look at a fit person's photos and say, "Will I obtain this with more pizza and pie? Hell no!" Maybe you choose not to. Maybe you want to stuff yourself. Because you reason it's the last time, huh? Tomorrow you'll be super motivated and driven and work it hard and never cheat again, right?
Yeah, right ...
Stop being a dreamer. It doesn't matter that you say you want to be ripped and buffed. Wanting is just the first step. The rest takes work, and consistent work at that. No half-assed attempt every other week. And that's where you must get that epiphany: You need to keep on doing what you are doing, day in and day out, month after month, year after year. You need to stay real; know and accept what you have to do and stop being a cry baby.
If you cannot step up to it and own it, honestly, stop having those high ideals. Settle. Go for being average. Average is not a four letter word. But spare all of those who are doing everything they can to achieve what they want to achieve your complaining and nagging. Spare them your: "I am doing all I can" when really all you are doing is cheating, lying and are in complete denial. It's embarrassing.
If you are heavier/out of shape more than you want to be, and you know why, then stop making up fairytales that you don't know why you look the way you do. I guarantee that 99% of the times it's because you: a) don't do what you say you; or b) don't do what you say you do long enough; or c) underestimate the word consistency.
You gotta be tough and want it. If you don't want it bad enough, that's fine, just stop being an excusing baby!
