Slow-Cooker Chicken Chili
Try this quick and easy chili to make when you are on the go. It’s wheat/gluten/lactose free!

(Serves 6)
1 lbs. cooked chicken breast, boneless, skinless, cubed
1 can black beans
1 can garbanzo beans
1 28 oz. can tomato puree
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dried chili pepper flakes
1 tsp. sea salt
The best part? You can put it in a slow-cooker and make it do all the hard work. Just combine ingredients in a slow-cooker and let simmer for 4 hours.
