We are excited to announce the launch of our redesigned Hers website! Our print edition of Hers has also undergone a transformation. Both the website and the magazine will deliver the most up-to-date content and relevant information in an entertaining and personable manner that is conducive with our reader’s lifestyle.
Starting with the May/June 2010 issue of Hers (on newsstands now) we are giving you more training, nutrition and lifestyle articles as well as an increased emphasis on the female athletes who are an integral part of our fitness community. Both online and in print we will spotlight figure, fitness, and bikini competitors to give you an insight into their training and diet routines as well as an opportunity to get to know them on a personal level.
We will also provide you with dynamic training programs; tantalizing and easy-to-make recipes; cutting edge supplement and nutrition articles and product reviews. In addition, we will incorporate more Q&A’s from readers and our online community. Who knows some day you may see youself in the pages of Hers!
