Day in the Life of... Crystal Marie

She's one busy mother! Here’s how the one Hot Mother Model search winner and MHP 8-Hour Alert spokesperson finds the perfect balance between work, raising kids, and staying fit.

6:30 a.m.
I make breakfast (usually oatmeal, flax- seed, organic granola, and juice) and squeeze in a quick workout.




















8 a.m.
At the office, I typically snack on fruit and drink tons of water throughout the morning.
















10 a.m.
Just because I’m at work doesn’t mean I can’t work out. I like to take 15-minute breaks and walk around the building a few times.


















12:30 p.m.
After eating grilled chicken and veggies for lunch, I treat myself to an MHP Power Pak Pudding.


















5:30 p.m.
After I pick the kids up from school, I enjoy a small snack before dinner.
















6 p.m.
I enjoy cooking dinner for my family. It’s important to me that they eat as healthfully as I do.
























7 p.m.
Dinner is served.






















9 p.m.
I end the day with a second workout. There’s nothing like working up a sweat before hitting the hay!
