Sure, Hollywood is filled with fit people. Is it any surprise? When you work in Tinseltown, your body is your business. High-price trainers are a no-brainer investment if you can afford them, but you still have to find the time.

Samantha Harris, co-host of ABC's Dancing with the Stars and a correspondent with E! News, is the perfect example of how it takes more than personal checks and fad diets to keep fit through odd hours, double shifts and catered lunches. It takes a stubborn insistence on finding the time to workout and more discipline than you can possibly imagine.

In "Cover Girl Revealed" in the November/December issue of Hers, on newsstands now, Harris admits that she doesn't always hit her target of five workouts a week but that getting as close to that as possible is what keeps her going.

Here, Harris - who is appearing on her fourth Hers cover - dishes on our recent shoot and her secret for navigating a crowded schedule.

HERS: What do you feel about being on another Hers cover?
Samantha Harris: It's such a huge compliment that the editors even wanted to take a chance with shooting me again, since I have given birth [since the last shoot in 2005]. So I am honored to have been able to do a post-baby cover!

HERS: What did you think of the article?
SH: I liked it a lot. It was a really nice representation of where I come from and what my mindset is for working out. It also made me tear up to see my dad's name in print. Since losing him to cancer when I was 22, I've been so sad that he hasn't been able to be part of my life as I have made a career for myself. It was a nice surprise to see his name - and my wonderfully supportive mom's name - in a magazine.

HERS: With how much you work, you obviously have to budget in time for exercise. What's your best fitness advice for busy women?
SH: Fit in exercise like any other appointment in your day. Make it a priority to be sure that appointment happens - even if it has to be split into two shorter workouts.

HERS: How has your workout approach changed since becoming a mom?
SH: I incorporate my daughter into my workouts a lot. My husband, Michael, and I will do interval run/walks with her in the stroller or alternate stair/climbing and jogging with the stroller to be together as a family.

HERS: Any more exercise/fitness-oriented goals for you in the future? Running a marathon? Competing in a fitness/figure show?
SH: My goal is maintainence for decades to come! Staying fit is a lifelong goal - to have a healthy lifestyle. To eat well and keep up a regular workout routine. Some weeks are more challenging than others, but if I fall off track at all, my hubby and I make sure to get back on top of it again.
