Standing Overhead Press
Tip: Keep your knees slightly bent and your lower back tight and slightly arched. Use dumbbells or a barbell, whichever is more comfortable.

Squat
Tip: Keep your chest up, your shoulders back and push through your heels on the way up, pressing your hips forward. Hold a dumbbell in each hand for added resistance.
