Tip: Keep your knees slightly bent and your feet crossed behind you. Roll your pelvis forward as you exhale completely.

Lying Oblique Crunch with Leg Lift
Tip: Be sure not to pull on your neck. This movement should be completed with your obliques and intercostals, not with momentum.
