Tip: As your hands come together, keep the angle in your elbows locked throughout the movement as if you were hugging a tree.

Reverse-Grip Bent-Over Dumbbell Row
Tip: Pull with your elbows and visualize trying to touch your elbows together at the top of the movement, pinching your shoulder blades together.
