Pulley Kickback
Tip: Keep the toe of your working leg pointed down to take stress off your calf and maximize tension on your glutes. Keep your working leg straight.

Walking Lunge
Tip: Keep your lower back slightly arched and don't let your lead knee cross over your toe. Make sure you have an open path in front of you, or substitute stationary dumbbell lunges (do both sides).
