Standing Dumbbell Press
Tip: Don't lock out at the top of the movement to keep the stress on your delts.
Dumbbell Lateral Raise
Tip: Keep your elbows slightly bent (and locked in this position), leading with your elbows on the way up by imagining they're being pulled upward with a string.
Bent-Over Lateral Raise
Tip: This one hits the rear delts. Lead with your elbows, bringing the dumbbells up as high as possible without using your back.
