Smith-Machine Squat
Tip: Stick your glutes out slightly as you descend, and keep your lower back tight and slightly arched. Press your hips forward as you come up and flex your glutes at the top, but don't lock out your knees.
Triceps Pressdown
Tip: Keep your elbows close to your body and flex your tri's at the bottom of the movement. On the way up, allow the bar to go as high as possible without allowing your elbows to pull away from the sides of your body.
