If you're a French fry junkie, but feel guilty even at the mere thought of their greasy goodness, we have a more healthy solution. This potato recipe is easy to make and much better for you.

Serves 4

4 medium red potatoes
½ Tbsp. olive oil
½ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. onion powder
¼ tsp. cayenne
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper

* Use half the cayenne for less heat.

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees F. Slice potatoes in half, then into wedges. Place in a medium bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss until evenly coated.

2. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt and pepper. Sprinkle evenly over potatoes and toss to coat. Place potatoes on a rimmed baking sheet.

3. Roast 15—20 minutes, turning occasionally, until potatoes are golden brown and fork-tender.
