Start your day off on the right foot with this energy-boosting blueberry bread

Blueberry Breakfast Bread

1/3 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1/3 cup stevia
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (I used the vanilla flavor)
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
2 large eggs
2 1/4 cups whole wheat or gluten-free flour
1 cup quick oats
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Dash of vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup fresh blueberries

Pour the wet ingredients into a medium-sized bowl and mix well. Combine mixture with dry ingredients, then gently fold in blueberries. Coat baking pan with cooking spray and lightly dust with wheat flour. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes.

Makes approximately 12 servings/slices.
