Dark Chocolate Almond Baked Oatmeal
Start your day off right with this warm, satisfying heart-healthy breakfast your family will love.

Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
1 tbsp natural almond butter
1 tsp Hershey's special dark cocoa powder
1 /4 cup liquid egg whites
2/3 cup water
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
15 grams chopped almonds
2 packets Xylitol sweetener
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
dash cinnamon
dash sea salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine liquid ingredients in a bowl. Add dry ingredients to liquid and stir. Sprinkle with sparse amount of sea salt. Sweeten as needed with Xylitol or other desired sugar sweetener. Allow baked oatmeal to set for a few minutes before placing in the oven.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until oatmeal starts to pull from sides and is firm to touch.
