Peach Cobbler

Serves 1

1/2 cup non-fat cottage cheese
1/4 tsp. maple extract
1 packet Stevia or sweetner of choice
1/8 tsp. of each cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove
1 /4 peach, cubed
1 tbsp. Galaxy reduced-fat granola (or comparable substitute)


1. Measure out non-fat cottage cheese and place in a small bowl.

2. Stir in maple extract, Stevia, cinnamon, ground cloves, and nutmeg.

3. Cut peach into chunks and add to cottage cheese.

4. Top with granola before serving.

Tip: Swap 1 tbsp. honey or pure maple syrup in place of the maple extract and sugar sweetener to make this treat the perfect pre or postworkout snack. You’ll burn right through the simple sugars!
