Pear Balsamic Gorgonzola Dressing

Pear Balsamic Gorgonzola Dressing

Makes 5 servings (2 tbsp per serving)

• 4 tbsp White Balsamic Pear Infused Vinegar
• 1/2 tbsp walnut oil
• 1 tbsp water
• 2 tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt
• 1/8 tsp minced garlic
• 1/2 oz crushed walnuts
• 1/2 oz crumbled gorgonzola
• 1/2 Stevia packet or small amount of sweetener of choice

Finely chop walnuts. Whisk together all wet ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and stir completely. Use fork to help break up cheese. The more it mixes in, the thicker the dressing becomes.
