Turkey Spaghetti
A healthy and delicious pasta dish ready in less than 30 minutes!

Makes 4 Servings
Ingredients:
3/4 lb extra lean ground turkey (99/1)
2 1/2 oz whole wheat spaghetti
1 cup organic marinara sauce
1/4 cup cooking sherry
3 chopped sun-dried tomatoes (rinsed from oil)
10 halved Spanish olives with pimentos
1 tbsp drained capers
1/2 cup (3 oz) chopped red onions
1 cup (3 oz) sliced mushrooms
1/4 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash Italian seasoning
Directions:
1/ Chop onion and thinly slice mushrooms. Cook until transparent.
2/ Add sun-dried tomatoes, capers, garlic, and sherry. Add in marinara sauce and Italian seasoning.
3/ Cover and let simmer.
4/ In a separate pot cook spaghetti per package instructions.
5/ In a separate pan cook ground turkey until browned. Add to other pan and stir.
6/ Divide spaghetti among 4 bowls. Distribute sauce over each evenly.
