Overnight Carrot Cake Oats

Makes 1 serving

1/4 cup organic Greek yogurt, vanilla flavor
1/3 cup old fashion oats, dry
3 tbsp carrot puree
5 drops liquid stevia
½ scoop MHP Probolic SR Vanilla Protein
½ cup almond milk
5 almonds
1 tbsp raisins
Cinnamon, to taste

Mix Greek yogurt, oats (uncooked), carrot puree, stevia, protein, and almond milk in a small bowl and refrigerate overnight. Top with raisins, almonds and cinnamon, then serve.
