Protein Cauliflower Pizza

Ingredients for Crust:
1 medium cauliflower
1 cup fat-free shredded mozzarella cheese (I use Lifetime Cheese)
1/3 cup Oat Fiber
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp basil
4 egg whites

Ingredients for Topping:
1/2 cup pasta sauce with basil
8 slices smoked ham
8 slices oven roasted turkey breast
5 slices turkey bacon

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Break up cauliflower into florets and boil for about 20 minutes or until it becomes soft and mushy. Put all crust ingredients into bowl and mix together. Cheese will melt. On nonstick cookie sheet or pizza pan spread crust evenly in a round or square shape. Bake for 30 minutes. Note: for a crispier pizza spread it thinner. While pizza crust is baking, cook the turkey bacon. Cut the ham and turkey slices into cubes and add in with the turkey bacon. Set aside. Once pizza crust is complete coat with pasta sauce and top with the cooked bacon, ham and turkey.
