SECRET WEAPON: Pegboard Pullup
WHY IT’S A HIT: “It attacks your back from multiple angles and places new and different stresses on the muscles.”
• Step up onto a bench, block, or step facing the pegboard.
• Grasp a pair of pegs and stand upright with your eyes focused forward and arms out in front of you.
• Place the pegs into the bottom rungs, spacing them about shoulder-width apart.
• Keeping your abs tight, pull yourself up until the pegs are level with your chin. Then, insert one peg at a time into a higher rung to move up the board.
